In this high-impact remote contractor position, you will leverage your deep industry background to train next-generation AI systems, ensuring they master property economics, lease structures, valuation methodologies, and market dynamics with absolute precision.
Core Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Expert Input: Provide professional analysis on commercial real estate concepts, feasibility studies, and comprehensive property valuations for AI model training.
- Lease & Scenario Analysis: Review and dissect complex commercial lease agreements, contributing to realistic asset management simulation scenarios.
- Industry Best Practices: Collaborate with cross-functional domain experts to evaluate property management standards and operational guidelines.
- Written Articulation: Deliver clear, detailed, and structured written explanations regarding property transactions and market trends.
- Regulatory Nuances: Identify legal and regulatory frameworks governing commercial real estate across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe.
- Iterative Improvement: Participate in continuous feedback loops to guarantee top-tier data quality and technical accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 5–10+ years of proven professional experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Property Valuation Appraiser, or Property Manager.
- Domain Mastery: Comprehensive working knowledge of feasibility studies, lease agreements, and portfolio management strategies.
- Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English with meticulous attention to detail.
- Analytical Rigor: Exceptional capability to convey intricate real estate frameworks clearly and concisely.
- Environment: Proven ability to thrive independently in a remote setting while collaborating professionally across diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates based in the US, Canada, or the UK are preferred, though exceptional professionals from Europe or Latin America are warmly considered. Prior background in technology-driven projects, data training, or digital proptech initiatives is an added advantage.
