Drift - Flooring

About this item

Imagine walking through a forest as a crisp, evergreen breeze whistles by, stately trees sway and bark catches the light, creating a dappled pattern on the earth. That sense of peace only nature can provide is both calming and invigorating. A narrower, more accessible version of our best-selling floor, Shell, Drift exudes that same feeling. Like an afternoon walk in the woods, its construction features subtle, free-flowing movement, crafted from 5-inch wide white oak boards, hand-scraped detailing, and topped with an oiled finish, further highlighting its organic beauty. Drift’s design isn’t just visually appealing, it’s an ideal choice for those desiring beautiful, European-built, and eco-friendly floors. Because Drift walks the line between traditional and modern, it’s a great pick for homeowners, builders, and designers alike. Drift contains 20% split boards. These boards combine one shorter and one longer piece on a full-length plank. Because Drift is beveled only on two (long) sides and not on the ends, these pieces flow smoothly with the rest of the floor for a cohesive look. THIS IS AN OILED FLOOR and needs to be oiled with Freshen Up Oil immediately after installation.
