Everyday Sunscreen Lotion with SPF 50: Apply this daily SPF 50 sunscreen lotion liberally to the body 15 minutes before sun exposure.When exercising, sweating, or swimming, reapply every 80 minutes to maintain protection. Oars Bar Soap: Use this men’s exfoliating bar soap every other day. Wet soap. Massage into wet skin to remove dead skin cells. Wash off with water. Avoid face, sensitive areas, and open cuts. Muscle Recovery Balm: Glide the roller ball applicator across the area that is sore, making contact with the skin so that the roller balls massage the Muscle Balm into the skin. You may use your hands to rub the formula in until absorbed. Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the Muscle Balm. Reapply as needed during the day to treat stiffness or soreness.
