Deep Dive into the AI Safety Red Teaming Role
At Mercor, safety is achieved by proactively testing and breaking systems before they reach public deployment. As an AI Safety Expert, you will act as part of an elite human red team, probing conversational AI models, agents, and LLMs with adversarial inputs to surface hidden vulnerabilities, systemic biases, and failure modes.
