- Systems Auditing: Analyze complex CRM, billing, and ticketing data to pinpoint exact operational misalignments and friction points.
- Policy Conflict Resolution: Surface, isolate, and document policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, and permission mismatches.
- Prompt & Recommendation Design: Draft precise operational prompts outlining correct handling procedures for ambiguous SaaS revenue scenarios.
- Data Integrity & Alignment: Evaluate desired data states, correcting discrepancies to guarantee logical consistency across interconnected stacks.
- Transparent Decision Trails: Record detailed rationale behind operational adjustments, outlining choices made and areas left untouched.
