About the Role & Core Responsibilities

As a Delivery Leader for Turing’s LLM Training business, your mandate is pivotal. You will manage large teams of software engineers and data scientists (20+ professionals) dedicated to performing complex Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) tasks. Your leadership will directly ensure the delivery of superior datasets, achieving optimal outcomes across quality, throughput, and cost.

Engagement Details & Commitment

This is a 10-month remote contractor assignment (note: contractor positions do not include medical or paid leave). To ensure project momentum and flexibility, Turing offers three commitment tiers:

• Options: 20 hours/week, 30 hours/week, or 40 hours/week.
• Daily Requirement: At least 4 hours per day, with a mandatory 4-hour daily overlap with Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Interview Process & Onboarding Roadmap

Turing maintains a streamlined yet rigorous evaluation process (approximately 120 minutes total) designed to identify exceptional engineering leaders:

1. Technical Round (60 minutes): Evaluates your architectural depth, coding standards, and problem-solving framework.
2. Leadership Round (60 minutes): Focuses on team management, delivery execution, and stakeholder communication.
