Your primary objective is to help these labs enhance their Large Language Models through high-quality proprietary data generation. This data serves two critical functions: as foundational material for Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT), and as rigorous evaluation sets (Evals) to benchmark model performance against competitors.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

As a Senior Python Developer on this engagement, your daily routine mirrors that of a high-level software architect and technical auditor. Responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, high-quality Python code to train and optimize AI capabilities.
• Conducting rigorous evaluations (Evals) to benchmark model performance and analyzing results for continuous improvement.
• Evaluating and ranking AI model responses to complex user queries, ensuring strict adherence to software engineering best practices.
• Developing comprehensive explanations and rationales for evaluations, showcasing elite technical reasoning.
• Conducting thorough peer reviews of code and documentation, providing constructive feedback and identifying subtle regression risks.
