Participants engage in structured, recorded remote sessions lasting roughly 4 to 5 hours per task or interview (inclusive of preparation and short reviews). Depending on exact professional fit and alignment, participants will either act as the core design expert being interviewed or take charge of running the interview sessions.

Key Requirements for Applicants

• Senior-Level Experience: Demonstrated background in product, UX, brand, or adjacent design disciplines.
• Clear Critical Perspective: An articulate, well-defined point of view on design quality, critique methodologies, and rigorous shipping standards.
• Portfolio Submission: A shareable public portfolio showcasing past work (strictly excluding confidential, unreleased, or NDA-protected material).
